Tyon.ai provides AI automation consulting, prototypes, 30-day implementation sprints, and related professional services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in proposals, statements of work, or signed agreements — not solely by website marketing copy.

Site content describes typical offerings and example implementations. It is informational and not a binding offer. We may update pages, pricing ranges, and examples without notice.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during discovery and projects
- Obtain rights to data, documents, and systems you ask us to connect
- Review and approve automations before production use where required
- Maintain access credentials and internal policies for deployed assistants
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tyon retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Client-specific deliverables and ownership terms are set out in each project agreement.
Disclaimer
AI systems can produce incorrect outputs. Tyon designs implementations with human review, logging, and approval options, but clients remain responsible for business decisions made using automated workflows. The site and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyon.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability under paid engagements is limited as stated in the applicable contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies to you as a consumer.
