We publish starting-from ranges so you can qualify scope before a call. Final pricing depends on workflow complexity, integrations, document volume, deployment model, and approval requirements. You receive a scoped quote after discovery — no surprises once work begins.

Is there a monthly subscription?

Tyon is primarily project-based. The Ongoing AI Automation Partner package is a monthly retainer for teams that want continuous implementation support. There is no generic per-seat SaaS plan — pricing reflects the work required for your specific automation.

What affects the final price?

Scope drivers include: number of integrations, document corpus size for RAG, approval workflows, voice vs chat channels, browser automation needs, deployment environment (cloud, private cloud, or on-premise), and compliance requirements.

Can we start small and expand later?

Yes. Many clients start with an Audit or Prototype, then move into a 30-Day Sprint once the use case is validated. You can also add an ongoing partnership after the first production workflow is live.

Are LLM or API usage costs included?

No — and we keep it transparent. Package prices cover Tyon implementation only (design, build, integration, deployment). Infrastructure (hosting, database, storage, vector search) and model/API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure, open-source hosting, etc.) are billed separately or passed through at cost.
